Returns

  • Personalized items and hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
